Carolina Lilla
Lawyer graduated from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (PUC-SP) and Business Administrator from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGVSP,) with a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Columbia University in New York. Over the course of a 20- year career, she has worked in Brazil, the U.S. and Europe in the areas of estate, succession, and tax planning, advising banks, family offices, and individuals on matters related to local and international planning structures and mechanisms
Daniela Vergniassi
Lawyer graduated from the University of São Paulo with a specialization in Tax Law from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV-SP), licensed to practice in both Brazil and Portugal. Member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and a Certified Financial Planner . With over 20 years of professional experience, she has worked in tax law at law firms in Brazil and in wealth planning at financial institutions in Brazil and Switzerland
